SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Pre-order, made-to-order, and custom products may require additional processing time. Any different estimated timeline will be stated on the relevant product page.
Orders may require additional processing time during product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are generally:
• Canada: 3–10 business days
• United States: 5–15 business days
• Other available destinations: 7–25 business days
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation containing the tracking number will be sent after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local taxes.
Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. GOAT Figures does not control or determine customs charges imposed by the destination country.
LOST, DAMAGED OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
If a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and supporting photographs. We will assist with the carrier investigation and determine the appropriate resolution.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the property, ask other household members or neighbours, and contact the shipping carrier.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. When this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
