RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want every GOAT Figures order to arrive in collectible condition. Please review this policy before placing an order.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, unmodified, and returned with all original packaging, protective materials, accessories, and proof of purchase. Both the product and its display packaging must be in resalable condition.

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs when applicable. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
GOAT Figures is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during return transit.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of:
• The item
• The product packaging
• The shipping box
• The shipping label
After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate. GOAT Figures will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the issue is our error.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Products clearly marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards
• Products that have been used, displayed, modified, or damaged
• Products returned without their original packaging or accessories
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours after an order is placed.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, production, or fulfillment. Custom-made products cannot be cancelled after production has begun.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been accepted.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
